Where card prices come from, and how often the app changes them.
Where prices come from

The nightly TCGplayer sweep is what prices most cards. The other three fill gaps it does not cover, or refresh faster for cards a paid store is actually selling.
The app keeps one price for each card. All stores read the same price.
How the app calculates your price
The app starts with the market price. Then it applies your rules in this sequence:
- The rule for the game.
- The rule for the category.
- The minimum price.
- The rounding rule.
To change a rule, open Merchandising. The app then applies My Pricing Overrides on top. Your override replaces the store rule for you.
How often prices change
Your plan controls how often the app sends new prices to Shopify:
- A free plan sends new prices one time each week.
- A paid plan sends new prices one time each day.
The app sends the prices in the background. You do not have to do anything.
Refresh prices immediately
- Open My Pricing Overrides.
- Select Refresh Store Prices.
If your plan does not permit a refresh now, the app tells you the date of the next refresh.
Note: A manual refresh uses your turn for that week or that day.
