What each plan costs, and when the app charges commission.
Plans
The pricing page shows the current prices, commission rates and limits. This page does not repeat them. Someone writes this page by hand, but the app builds the pricing page from the same table it enforces. A number copied here can disagree with the amount the app charges you.
Shopify collects the money. The charges show on your usual Shopify invoice.
Discounts
A year up front costs less than twelve monthly payments. A new monthly plan also costs less for its first few months. The pricing page shows both amounts.
Commission
The app charges commission only on singles that it lists for you. It does not charge commission on sealed products. It does not charge commission on cards that you list yourself.
The app holds the commission for 30 days. Then it charges commission on the part of the sale that you keep. If a customer returns a card, you pay no commission on that card.
The app calculates commission in Canadian dollars. It uses the Bank of Canada rate for the day that the commission becomes payable.
Change your plan
- Open Billing.
- Find the plan that you want.
- Select Monthly or Yearly.
- Approve the charge in Shopify.
Shopify calculates the difference if you change plan in the middle of a period. You pay only the difference.
See what you owe
Open Billing. The page shows two amounts:
- Owed Now is the commission that you must pay.
- Held is the commission on recent sales. You do not owe this amount yet.
