Buylist
Buy cards from your customers with a public buylist page.
What a buylist does
A buylist lets your customers offer cards to you. The customer makes a list. The app calculates what you pay. Then your staff accepts the list or refuses it.
The larger paid plans include a buylist. The pricing page says which ones. The app builds that page from the same table it checks.
Set your rates
- Open Buylist Settings.
- Add a value bracket for each game you buy.
- Set a cash rate and a credit rate on each bracket.
- Select Save.
What a bracket is
A bracket is a starting value. A card is paid at the rates on the highest bracket whose starting value it reaches.
With brackets at 0.00, 5.00 and 20.00:

A card below your lowest bracket is not bought. If you want to buy cheap cards, add a bracket starting at 0.00. A game with no brackets at all is not bought, and that is how you turn a game off.
The rate is a percentage of the market value. A rate of 50% pays 5.00 for a card worth 10.00.
The app applies the condition first. A played card is worth less than the same card in near mint. It can fall into a lower bracket. A card near the bottom of your range can drop out of your brackets completely.
Note: Set the credit rate higher than the cash rate. Store credit stays in your store.
Give customers the address
Open Buylist Settings. Copy the public address. Put the address on your website, or send it to your customers.
Process a submission
- Open Buylist Submissions.
- Select a submission.
- Check each line against the cards that you received.
- Change a quantity or a condition that is not correct.
- Select a stage: Accepted, Refused, or Paid.
- Select Import to Inventory when you receive the cards.
The app adds the cards to your store inventory. It does not send them to Shopify until you set a stock level.
Customer data
A submission holds the name, the telephone number, the email address, and the postal address of the customer.
Delete a submission when you no longer need it. To delete customer data from one submission, open the submission and select Erase Customer.
