Track a Collection
Add cards to your portfolio and let their value update on its own.
What a portfolio is
Your portfolio is the list of cards you own. The app prices every card in it and keeps a record of what the collection was worth over time.
You do not need a Shopify store for this. A store is for selling.
Add your first card
- Open Catalogue.
- Choose a game.
- Search by name, set, or the number printed on the card.
- Choose the condition.
- Select Add to Portfolio.
The card appears in your portfolio with a value beside it.
Add a lot of cards at once
If you already track your collection in Collectr, export it and bring it over.
- Open Portfolio.
- Select Import from Collectr.
- Upload the file.
The app matches each row to a card in the catalogue. It reports any row it could not match, and adds the rest.
Two groups on the portfolio page
| Group | What it means |
|---|---|
| Priced Automatically | The app matched the card to the catalogue. Its value updates on its own. |
| Not Matched Yet | Nothing in the catalogue matches. The card carries no price. |
Open a card in the second group to correct its details. An empty second group is the good outcome: it means the app prices everything you own.
See what it is worth
Open Collection Stats. The page shows the total value, how the value moved over time, and the split by game and by item type.
Graded cards and sealed product
The portfolio holds these too. Record the grader and the grade when you add a graded card. The app prices graded cards and sealed product from PriceCharting.
