Which one are you?

Tracking a collection. Make an account on this site. Then open Catalogue, find a card, and add it to your portfolio. Track a Collection covers the rest.

Selling on Shopify. Install the app from Shopify. You do not make an account on this site first, because Shopify tells the app who you are. Then work through the steps below. Store Home lists the same steps and ticks them off as you finish them.

Make an account

You need an account to track a collection. A store does not need one. The account is free. You need a Google account.

1. Select Sign In.
2. Select Continue with Google.
3. Select your Google account.

Your first sign-in makes your account. Google must show your email address as verified.

Before you connect a store

You must have a Shopify store. You must be the owner of the store, or a staff member with permission to install apps. If a staff member installs the app, the account owner of the store must open the app before anyone else can use it.

Connect your store

You install the app from Shopify, not from this site. The app never asks for your store address. It does not ask you to sign in.

1. Open the Singles Handler listing in the Shopify App Store.
2. Select Install.
3. Read the list of permissions.
4. Select Install app.

Shopify opens the app in your Shopify admin, on Store Home. The account owner of the Shopify store becomes the owner of the store in the app.

To open the app later, select Apps in your Shopify admin and select Singles Handler.

Pick your Shopify location

Each person on the team picks the location that they work from. The app counts the stock that you add or change at your location.

1. Open Settings.
2. Select Shopify Location.
3. Select the location that you work from.
4. Select Save.

Until you choose, you work from the store's default location. Read Inventory to learn how a store with several locations keeps its stock.

Select your games

A paid plan carries every game that the app supports. The free plan carries one game.

1. Open Merchandising.
2. Select the games that you sell.
3. Select Save.

List your first cards

1. Open Bulk List a Set.
2. Select a game.
3. Select a set.
4. Select Preview.
5. Select List to Shopify.

The app creates one Shopify product for each card in the set. The products have a stock level of zero. Change the stock level when you get the cards.

Note: The app adds the listings to a queue. The queue gives each store a turn, thus a large set can take some hours.
